We love our guac. What would a beach vacay be without it? Here's our killer recipe that you can whip up in no time so that when you're back home you can relive your awesome vacay in the sun 'n surf. So let's dive in.

What You Need: Limes, red onion, avocados, Roma tomatoes, jalapeƱos, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Then, dice/cut everything up into bite-sized, easy-to-blend pieces. Not the limes, of course. Just cut those in half. They're the last stop before mixing/mashing.

Put it all in a pretty bowl and then squeeze the limes so that all the juice covers the mixture.

Then get something to mash up the ingredients. Any kind of short, thick tool will do. If you want to be authentic, you can use a molcajete, a Mexican version of a mortar and pestle.

Done! What are you waiting for? Grab some chips and dip and go! Mmmmm.....

Guacamole

Our Caribbe-yum recipe for the best guac you'll ever taste. 

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 diced jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 diced red onion
  • 2 limes - juiced
  • 2 diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 4-6 avocados

  1. Add in all the ingredients, then mix/mash the avocados.
