Ancon Hill
Visible from just about anywhere in Panama City, the 654-foot high Ancon Hill offers unparalleled views of the skyline, entrance of the famous Panama Canal and the Americana bridge. If you're not sure that you've found it, then the huge Panamanian flag swaying from atop it will surely give it away! The roughly 45-minute hike is well worth it, trust us.

Panama City's Cinta Costera, a.k.a. the city's "coastal belt," is a local and tourist favorite with the most stunning city and bay views. Watch ships line up to enter the Panama Canal from the Pacific Ocean, take a selfie in front of the famed Panama sign or simply enjoy the 64-acres of green space alongside the locals. Once you work up an appetite, be sure to stop by any of the little outdoor restaurants in the area for some fresh, tasty seafood!

Veraguas is a central province in Panama, spanning from the northern to southern coast, and is the only province to border both the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Since the name literally means "see waters," would you expect anything less than the most spectacular ocean views?

Situated along the Panama Canal, just 10 minutes from downtown Panama City, the Metropolitan National Park is home to over 500 acres of lush greenery and native wildlife--all within city limits! With five great hiking trails to choose from, each lead to spectacular city views from above that you don't want to miss. Plus, the journey to the top is a true beauty, so don't forget to look around a bit!

Pictures of Panama City's historic district just don't do it justice. Casco Viejo, meaning Old Quarter, was built back in 1673 after fending off a pirate attack that almost completely destroyed the city. Dubbed a World Heritage Site in 1997, history speaks for itself as you stroll the cobblestone streets lined with unique, charismatic homes and buildings.
If the adorable, quaint streets aren’t enough of a view, Casco Viejo has some must-see rooftop bars that provide a breathtaking scene (plus, some really good cocktails). Check out the district’s first rooftop bar, Tantalo Roofbar, to take in the sparkling skyline or Casa Casco to overlook the historic district. Either way, you’ll get stellar drinks and even better views!

San Blas Islands
Just off the northern coast of Panama, over 360 little tropical islands make up the breathtaking San Blas Islands. Inhabited by the self-governed Guna Yala people, daily tours are carefully monitored to ensure the islands' pristine condition and tranquility. Re-live history dating back to the 1600s, when the Spanish were in constant battle with pirates. Located in Panama's Colón province, the remains of this once coastal defense point leave behind tons of history and breathtaking views of the Panama Canal. San Lorenzo was named a UNESCO World Heritage site 1980, and continues to bring visitors from all over to walk among the ruins that once defended the area.
