Kids get way too much of the good stuff, but these pops are a No Kid Zone treat. We're talking top-shelf-of-the-freezer-with-a-lock-on-them kind of stuff. Boozy popsicles are our go-to beat the heat treat. Trust us, they will be sure to send your mind straight to the beach after that eight-hour work day.
Blue Lagoon Pops
Blue Lagoon is a favorite drink amongst Caribbean Beach Goers. This popsicle form is much easier to carry without spilling!
- 4 Tbsp Vodka
- 2 Tbsp Blue Curacao
- 1/4 Cup Simple Syrup
- 2 1/2 Cups Lemonade
- 12 Maraschino Cherries
Mix Vodka, Blue Curacao, Simple Syrup and Lemonade.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Add 2 Maraschino Cherries to each popsicle.
Freeze in popsicle molds for at least 4 hours.
Remove from molds and serve!
Run warm water over your molds to loosen the popsicles for easier removal! Wouldn't want to waste any!
Coconut Lime Popsicles
All the flavors of the Caribbean in one treat.
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Zest
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Rum (Optional)
Blend all ingredients until well-combined.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze in molds for at least 4 hours.
Remove from molds and serve!

Berry Beer-sicles
Sometimes in the Caribbean, your beer gets hot before you can drink it... not if you're us, but that's besides the point. Whip these up to keep your beer REALLY cold.
- 2 Cups Mixed Berries (Fresh if possible)
- 1/4 Cup Simple Syrup
- 1 Cup Fruity Beer
Blend berries, simple syrup and 1/4 of the beer.
Add remaining beer to blender and stir.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Remove popsicles from mold and serve!
