Peace of mind begins by empowering yourself with knowledge. We checked in with travelers who recently returned from their all-inclusive vacations and gathered some of their top tips to help you plan for your next getaway. Together, we can travel responsibly and help protect one another.

“Ask questions before picking your resort.”

Every country has its own set of health and safety standards, and enforcement can vary even between local communities. Do your research on the latest travel protocols and read all policies thoroughly. Health and safety procedures do change frequently, so it’s important to stay informed up until your departure date to ensure you have the most current information.

“Read and understand the restrictions.”

Capacity is likely to be reduced across resorts, dining and attractions. Enjoy the seclusion and carve out your own space to stretch out and relax. You can expect to see features such as partitions at lobby desks and touchless temperature checks.

“Do the private transfers.”

Stay safely distanced and travel swiftly with private transfers between your airport and resort. Mandatory face masks, ample use of hand sanitizer and a thorough cleaning of all vehicles before, during and after your ride ensure that you arrive to your destination safely and with peace of mind.

“Pack multiple masks!”

Mask-wearing may be required or highly recommended in public spaces and on excursions. Bring extras (lightweight and light colored for warm climates) so you don’t lose any precious vacation time if you misplace your favorite face covering.

“Be polite and follow the guidelines.”

Resort staff are working extra hard to ensure properties are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and safe for you. Pay close attention to recommendations, take proper precautions to protect everyone’s health and tip generously.

“Wear a mask, social distance, wash hands and have fun!”
