1. Year-Round Perfect Weather. Negril, Jamaica, is blessed with incredibly consistent weather year-round. The highs are in the mid-80s and the low in the low-70s. The beach is less crowded during the summer and hotel rates are generally cheaper. Best of all, the October hurricane season has minimal effect on Jamaica. You in?

2. Seven Mile Beach. Forget the fact that his stretch of seemingly endless sand is only four miles - it won't matter when you dig your toes in and start walking. You'll see turquoise waves that meld into the horizon and with a drink in your hand, you'll wonder why you waited so long to get to Negril, Jamaica.

3. Floyd's Pelican Bar. Made of driftwood and about ¾ mile out in the ocean in Parottee Bay, this one-of-a-kind drinking establishment is actually stilted on a huge sandbar. All you have to do is take a 20-minute boat ride from Treasure Beach on the south coast of Jamaica. It takes roughly two hours, give or take, to get to Treasure Beach by car, taxi or bus, from Negril, but it's so very worth it.

4. Rick’s Cafe. Adrenaline junkies, jumping off this cliff is addicting. Once you do it, you'll want to keep doing it. And doing it and...you get the picture. The water is crystal clear and crazy refreshing. One of our True Beach Lovers was recently there and said, "Rick’s Cafe had an amazing view and atmosphere. My favorite thing was jumping off the cliff…something you normally don’t find at a beach bar!"

5. Psychedelic Sunsets.  The colors that happen during twilight almost defy description, but we'll try. They're dramatic, fiery and soul-stirring. You'll definitely get big-time feels. Better still, these phenomenons from Mother Nature will leave an imprint on you long after you've left Jamaica.
