Catamaran Cruisin’

A day on a boat is a day well spent–especially when in St. Kitts & Nevis! One of the best ways to see both the islands is hopping on a catamaran cruise. You’ll sail through the Narrows (the 3-kilometer channel separating the two islands) and out into the Caribbean Sea to explore the massive coral reefs below the surface. After you’re done diving, grab a mai tai, watch the sunset and listen to the sound of the waves. It’s a cray-sea good way to spend the day.

Volcanoes, and Monkeys and Views, Oh My!

Maybe you want to add a little adventure to your vacay. A half-day hike to Mount Liamuiga is the perfect way to get the adrenaline pumping, and the views are well worth the workout. The dormant volcano stands at 3,700 feet high, and on a clear day, you can see St. Barths off in the distance!

Plus, you’ll likely see some locals swinging from tree to tree on your trek to the top–there are over 60,000 monkeys on St. Kitts & Nevis! That means there are technically more monkeys than human residents between the two islands. Isn’t that bananas?

Speaking of bananas, this sunny spot has everything you look for on a beach: swaying palm trees, ultra-soft white sands, and turquoise blue shores. It’s situated on St. Kitts’ southern peninsula, overlooking the Narrows and the island of Nevis. If you want this beach to be your backyard, book a stay at the luxurious Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour. It’s a five-star vacay experience waiting to happen.

We weren’t kidding when we said this place has it all. Find your own slice of paradise and start planning your island escape today!
