The cuisine at Beach House is centered on coastal living and foods from the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asia. The influences seen throughout the menu have been brought together by executive chef, Sandy Tuason. Local and sustainable fish and produce from the islands are incorporated into the cuisine, making almost every meal a truly local, specialty. Seafood is the focal point of the menu, but you can find other culinary delights such as beef, lamb and pork highlighted as well.

Beach House has many divine dining options, like their butter poached lobster and shrimp with fresh tagliatelle pasta, but their signature dish is their famous "Bananas Foster" made with Westin Grand Cayman’s branded, locally distilled rum. This heavenly plate of sliced banana, caramel sauce, toasted sliced Brioche bread, candied pecans and vanilla ice cream is everything you’ve been dreaming of. There’s no denying the fact this dish is incredibly delicious, but Beach House goes even a step further to make it a full-on experience. When being served, the Bananas Foster is accompanied by a member of the chef's team, who comes out to prepare the dish right before your eyes, adding entertainment and an extra level of service to this grand experience!

Located right on the famous, Seven Mile Beach, guests can take in the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, while enjoying a delicious and unique meal. Beach House also offers an intimate “toes in the sand” dinner, on the beach for two. Couples can take in the best beach views while being served a delicious meal by torch light.
