Nearby is another station with just lettuce and not simply iceberg, where you can nibble on Boston lettuce, spinach, radicchio and other fresh greens. There are a variety of stations with scrumptious, hearty offerings: a hot station with fried items and veggie sides; roast beef, garnishes and more veggies. Then there are these cool little iron pots with individual servings that are ready to eat and piping hot filled with things like luscious lasagna.

They were all so tempting it was hard for us to choose, so of course, we had to try every one. But here are a few of our favorites: silky, smooth gelato and fresh juice pops. Then there's the fresh fruit bar - this made up for all the sugar we devoured and we figured that these healthy offerings cancelled all those calories. Finally, there were not one, but two stations dedicated to nothing but irresistible confections like tantalizing Tres Leches cake, delectable creme brûlée and light, fluffy eclairs. Mmmmmm.
