Whether you’re six or 65, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana is off-the-charts. It’s a magical, mega complex situated amidst a beachy paradise, a crazy fun epicenter of all things Nickelodeon. Here, kids of all ages can get Slimed, do karate chops with Ninja Turtles, or take an archery lesson. But there’s way, way more. When you look at all the aahmazing things you can do at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, you’ll immediately understand why they won the 2017 Noble Beach Prize for Best Kid-tivities. Truth is, it’s busting at the sandy seams with fun, food and family goodies, but it’s not a place where everything is all smashed together: it’s artfully designed for kids AND adults. In fact, one of our True Beach Lovers who was just there summed it up perfectly:
“They really do a great job of separating the two worlds, the kids and the adults. The waterpark is on one side and the adults pool along with the regular resort is on the other. You can be a kid when you want and when you get tired of that, you can be an adult. It’s brilliant.”
Splish Splash in the Sunsational Waterpark. Swim around, splash on the splash pad and slip slide the day away, or float down the lazy river - it’s curvy and oh-so coolio. It’s also quite massive and can’t be captured in just one pic, but trust us, it’s fab. This whole place defies words, so here’s another photo of the watery centerpiece of this 2017 Noble Beach Prize Winner.
Catch the Epic Entertainment Team . Your kiddos will love, love this team. They’ve got the moves that will keep them mesmerized. Heck, we wanted to dance along, too, but decided not to embarrass ourselves.
Get Good ‘N Slimed. This is a sticky rite of passage for all who pass this way. But the good news? You can wash it off at an outdoor shower and get right back into the pool, or head to the beach. Vacays are for letting loose and you can really do this at this Noble Beach Prize Winner.

Grab snaps, snag autographs, high fives and much more. There’s also a Character Breakfast where you can rise ‘n shine with these peeps. It takes place in Zest, a Mediterranean restaurant pictured below.
Hang Out at the Just Kiddin’ Kids Club. This colorful, full-of-good-stuff place is a playhouse where your munchkins can enjoy supervised activities like arts & crafts…
…and cooking classes. We caught up with one in session pictured below and observed these future Food Network stars as they got cookin’.
Video games are also available. Oh and the best: there’s a science experiment section. Take a look at all those vials filled with mysterious, colorful concoctions.
What does this all mean, parents? Two words: Date Night. You can have a romantic dinner, go on an excursion, or have a date with the sand and enjoy an undisturbed nap on the beach. (The latter alone just might be worthy of a Noble Beach Prize.)

Ready your taste buds, prime your palate because Nickelodeon’s Gourmet Inclusive Experience offers send-you-to-the-moon-and-back food and drinks that will please everyone, even the finickiest eaters in your fam. You’ll be wowed. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with champagne while the kids get Slime smoothies. When you’re ready to get some grub, know that in addition to kid-friendly favs like pizza, burgers and ice cream, there are a few exceptional places to dine, starting with Sugarcane pictured below. Think of it as gourmet cuisine meets food displays. In this Foodie Wonderland, you’ll feast on fresh local produce and global ingredients. It’s not only healthy, but also delicious. Truly, it’s not your typical spread.
Next stop, the Sicilian Kitchen, Verdello. The contrast between the fancy chandeliers and modern finishes is super cool. Note the noodles on the ceiling…
For more for casual fare, we had to stop by the burger place, BRGRS.PH. It’s actually a food truck. See the two-and-a-half-pound burger that we did, in fact, finish. There were a few people who helped us polish it off, but still…

Chillax in Epic Rooms . Plain and simple, the rooms at this Noble Beach Prize Winner are divine. Pictured below is a standard room, but there’s nothing “standard” about it. Comfy bed with Sponge Bob hangin’ out, ready to greet you….Kids sleep on a fold out bed with plenty of soft toys to cuddle with…All rooms, repeat, ALL rooms are swim-up. Such a treat.
Baby, Baby, You Gotta Do “Got You Covered.” This terrific program provides everything you need for baby. The Nick folks did this right because it’s all FREE.
It includes bottle warmers (on the left) and vino for the big kids (on the right). That’s not all. You can also get Gerber baby food, along with a stroller and baby bath tub. This particular part of our Noble Beach Prize Winner is nothing less than perfection.
Live Large in The Pineapple Suite. If ever there was an intersection of children’s whimsy with style/elegance, this is it. It’s an evocative, hands-down-outta-sight Super Villa that’ll blow your beach-styled hair back. The main living area…we want to own the glass bubble chair. Master bedroom…the four-poster bed is too great. Private outdoor bath on the deck.
