AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM, INC.
This Web site is offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.


GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CheapCaribbean.com Inc. reserves the right to require an Authorization Form for reservations made using a credit card in which none of the passengers traveling on the itinerary are the Primary Card Holder. CheapCaribbean.com Inc. may reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the Authorization Form is not completed and received within 24 hours after receiving the form.

-Promotional Codes, Sand Dollars, Sun Dollars, or any other discounts are not combinable at anytime and are not eligible for use on third party websites including, but not limited to cruises, wwte, and auction websites.
-Promotional codes must be entered at the time of booking to be considered valid.
-Promotional codes for hotel only reservations require a five (5) night minimum stay.
-CheapCaribbean.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to deny the use of a promotional code after the booking payment is received.

Military discount requests must be received within 48 hours of initial reservation to be considered valid.

Be advised that some airlines do not offer pre-assigned seating and that some airlines may charge additional fees for checked baggage. Cheapcaribbean is not responsible for additional airline imposed taxes and fees of any type.

Requests for reimbursement will be processed four (4) to six (6) weeks after the original request is made.
All expiration dates listed are effective at midnight, Eastern Standard Time

ALL RESERVATIONS BOOKED ON CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

REVISIONS/CHANGES
Changes to dates, destinations, hotel, air itinerary, etc. can be made at any time for a Change Fee of $50 per person (adults over the age of 12), plus any applicable airline penalties, hotel cancellation penalties, and/or any increase in price resulting from the change. Due to increased penalties imposed by the airlines effective May 1 2008; the minimum airline cancellation penalty per ticket will be $175. Name changes are not allowed at anytime. Any increase in price for the land or airfare will be the responsibility of the customer. CheapCaribbean.com must be notified at least three hours prior to scheduled U.S. departure. Any additional changes or cancellations will incur a change fee of $50 per person (adults over the age of 12), plus any applicable airline penalties, hotel cancellation penalties, and/or any increase in price resulting from the change. New travel plans must be reserved and travel completed one (1) year from the original booking date and are subject to availability. Air travel must be booked with the original carrier and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. No shows - 100% penalty applies, and are not eligible for any future travel credit.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee per person (adults over the age of 12). Applicable airline penalties will also be assessed. Due to increased penalties imposed by the airlines effective May 1 2008; the minimum airline cancellation penalty per ticket will be $175. Hotel cancellation penalties may also apply. A credit towards future travel will be issued for the balance remaining. New travel plans must be reserved and travel completed one (1) year from the original booking date and are subject to availability. Air travel must be booked with the original carrier and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. New travel must be reserved and completed within one (1) year from the original booking date. Upon rebooking, any increase in price for the land or airfare will be the responsibility of the customer. All reservations are subject to availability. Air travel must be booked with the original carrier and no refund or credit will be offered for reservations that result in a decrease in price. All future credits for travel must be used for vacation package or land only bookings reservations on CheapCaribbean.com owned and operated websites with CheapCaribbean.com showing in the URL window. Future credits are not allowed on third party websites including but not limited to cruises, wwte, and auction websites. No Shows - 100% penalty applies, and are not eligible for any future travel credit.


CHEAPCARIBBEAN SAVINGS CARD/SUN DOLLARS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rebate submissions must be received no later than 30 days after completion of travel. Any submissions received after 30 days of the return date will not be processed. Rebate forms must be filled out completely and legibly, front and back. Limit of ONE CLAIM PER RESERVATION; any additional submissions/addendums will not be processed. Only one savings card can be used per reservation. Illegible, invalid, mutilated receipts or copies of receipts will not be honored. Handwritten receipts from vendors must indicate vendor name, location and date and will be accepted up to $200 USD total (sum of all combined). Tips handwritten on restaurant receipts and cruise tips will not be counted. Customer’s lists without accompanying receipts will not be honored. Purchases must indicate to have been made while at the destination of the reservation while on vacation with CheapCaribbean.com; purchases made during transit to/from destination do not qualify. Itemized receipts are preferred. For receipts which do not clearly specify if in foreign or US currency, the lesser rate will be used to calculate refund amount. Copies of credit card/bank statements will be accepted and are recommended to facilitate currency conversion as long as accompanied by the original sales receipts. For receipts denominated in foreign currency unaccompanied by credit card/bank statements, the refund amount will be computed using the average monthly exchange rate applicable on the first day of travel. All receipts subject to review/approval by CheapCaribbean.com; once a claim is processed, all refund amounts are final. If these terms and conditions are not met, rebate will not be processed and the claim can NOT be resubmitted. CheapCaribbean.com is not responsible for lost, postage due, late, mutilated, illegible or misdirected submissions. No claims against “lost” materials will be honored. Certified delivery is suggested. Materials received become the property of CheapCaribbean.com and will not be returned. Travel is required; cancelled bookings are no longer eligible for a rebate. Land-only bookings are only eligible if reservation is for 5 nights or longer. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. For Sun Dollar redemption; a maximum of $100 per reservation may be applied. A maximum of $50 per reservation may be applied for single travelers. CheapCaribbean.com and its associates reserve the right to audit any claims, request additional information, and nullify claims which cannot be substantiated, as well as to change without notice the Terms and Conditions, modify the offer, or end the offer at anytime without notice. Offer valid in the United States only. Void where prohibited by law.

CHEAPCARIBBEAN VACATION DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For Land and Air package reservations: A deposit of the total price of airfare, plus package tax. will be required at the time of booking. For Land only reservations: A deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total land price will be required at the time of booking. All deposits and fees are non-refundable. The remaining balance due, after deposit and fees are initially collected, is required at least twenty-one (21) days prior to trip departure. Future payments will be automatically charged to the initial credit card used for deposit on the dates noted on your deposit invoice. It is the responsibility of the client to verify that the credit card being used for final payment will be valid on the scheduled due date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit fee will not be refunded or credited. CheapCaribbean.com, in its sole discretion reserves the right to withhold any non-refundable portions of the deposit. A maximum of two (2) payments will be accepted to pay the total balance due in full. No deposits will be accepted if the initial departure date is less than twenty-one (21) days from the booking date. The billing contact specified on the Payment Page will be the primary person contacted for any payment issues. CheapCaribbean.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the booking in the event of non-payment or payment dispute. Cheapcaribbean reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, or discontinue the deposit program or to restrict its availability to any person, at anytime, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Cheapcaribbean's failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waive of that provision. No changes can be made to a booking prior to final payment being received. All standard change, revision, and cancellation policies apply after full payment is received.

PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
This Web site is for your personal and noncommercial use. The content and information on this Web site (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to CheapCaribbean.com, Inc. or its suppliers and providers. Accordingly, as a condition of using this Web site, you agree not to use this Web site or its contents or information for any commercial or non-personal purpose (direct or indirect). While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services purchased through this Web site, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Web site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

You agree that you have been notified that as of January 23, 2007, the U.S. Government has mandated that ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by AIR between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda are required to present a valid passport, Air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document. It is the traveler's responsibility to have appropriate documentation and he/she will be held fully responsible for any denial of boarding, or delay in travel, caused as a result of not having proper documentation.
