  Awesome bartender

  Daniel in the bar was great!!! He made amazing mojitos and special delicious shots for us as well. He was super friendly and served us not only at the wedding we attending. But also several other days at the resort. When we come back we look forward to seeing him again!

  Amazing

  All the staff was so amazing, would completely come back, we had a blast and felt so welcomed. Daniel, Jaime, Oscar, & Marcos took amazing care of us. Would so recommend coming here. They have super fun activities and amazing staff. We felt so welcomed

  Wish I could give 4.5 stars

  We had a lovely week at this resort. We spent our honeymoon at Zoetry in Punta Cana, so we knew Zoetry Los Cabos was a must- try for us. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the food was top-notch. I really wanted to rate this as 5 stars, but our expectations just were not fully met. Pros: •Beautiful grounds. Everything was meticulously kept and the whole place is absolutely beautiful! •Delicious food! This is not your typical mass produced all- inclusive food. Everything was SO yummy and you could tell it was always freshly made. The drinks were tasty (and strong!) too. •Small resort. Everything was close by, there was no trekking to the other side of the resort just to go to breakfast, the bar, etc. •Erik, Alberto, Oscar, and Raymundo at the pool bar were all wonderful. Very attentive! Not-ideals (not necessarily cons, just little things that were a tad disappointing): •It is mentioned that housekeeping comes 3 times a day… not true in our case. And if you wanted turn- down service, you’d have to request it through the app. Our mini bar snacks were not always replenished, we had to leave notes asking for items. •The hotel website mentions that it is a small, boutique hotel that only has 60ish rooms… but there is a pretty large amount of timeshare/condo properties (maybe 100 if I had to guess) right next door that share all of the hotel pools, restaurants, and bars. •Service is not great. It’s notably slow. Dinner took at least 1.5 hours each night. We didn’t necessarily care, since the food was so good, the atmosphere is nice, plus we had nowhere else to be. We would order a bread basket every single morning at breakfast… and never received a bread basket the entire week. It became comical after a few days. We didn’t notice any stand-out servers at the restaurants, but all of the waiters were always very kind at each restaurant. Cons: •There was a wedding taking place some time toward the end of our visit (thankfully.). The wedding family and guests were quite a large group and really took over the entire place and were very loud, rowdy, used vulgar language and were disruptive and the resort kind of just let them take over and act disrespectful of others’ time, money, and relaxation. This definitely put a huge damper on our last 2 days at the resort. •Pool etiquette. The lack of consideration from the parents with the screaming and splashing children is honestly probably the biggest reason why we likely won’t return to a resort that is not adults only. People were also vaping, had speakers playing music, and were being loud and were just acting messy and drunk. •Paper thin walls. We could hear the people next door talking, watching TV, playing music, etc. While there are areas for improvement, we really did enjoy our vacation here.

  Zoetry Is Beautiful

  We loved our time at Zoetry! Our room was beautiful and the view was amazing. We were lucky enough to be in the main building so restaurant and pool access was so convenient. The landscaping was amazing and I loved seeing all the flowers and cacti. The iguanas kept us entertained. We loved the activities by the pool- Jaime and Marcos were great entertainment directors! We made candles, bracelets, took a Spanish class and even made Tres Leches cake-which was delicious. Pool servers were amazing and checked on us often as we relaxed by the pool. Gabriel gave us great service- as well as Erik. Juan the bartender was so nice and made the best Margaritas. We enjoyed talking to him. Food was delicious! Misael was the best server and gave us great attention. All hostesses at Saltwater restaurant were very kind. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Great sunsets! The mini bar was restocked daily and also enjoyed the snacks- the nuts, M&M’s and Pringles were a nice touch. The view of the beach was amazing. It was not safe to swim in the water due to strong currents but we enjoyed walking on the beach. We spotted whales in the distance and enjoyed the sunrise which can be seen from out on the beach. An area for improvement- food was a bit slow at times to arrive at our table. Once it arrived most meals were delicious.

  Lovely Cabo

  Not quite a 5, but better than a 4. Very nice, calm, relaxing property. Not exclusively adult, but the property doesn’t have many features for children. It definitely caters to adults. Service was great, although spotty at times, especially in the restaurants. The food was better than average for an all inclusive. I did have one meal that I sent back to the kitchen. The staff was more than apologetic, and compensated with extra attention at the next meal. This resort is a Hyatt property. We chose to listen to the 90 minute timeshare spiel in order to receive discounted massages and whale watching experience. It was worth it. Both experiences were great and cost us about a third of the regular price. Not within walking distance of town, but Ubers were very cheap and plentiful.
