    Paradise Found!!! There's no other place I'd rather be!

    We went at the end of May. Hot!!! When you come back fives times, you know it's an amazing resort! The entire staff went above and beyond in service . You feel like your home. I have to mention staff that made us feel so welcome and like we were family. Dora; Guest experience coordinator. She took the time to get to know us and was always smiling and helpful. Dora even surprised me for my birthday with a little tasty treat. When staff stay for years, you know it's a great place to work and visit! Maria and Hilcia the hostesses for breakfast and lunch at LeMarché were always welcoming and smiling! They greeted us by name everyday. They made us feel so welcomed! Manuel , Daniel and Gabrielle at the LaHaceinda restaurant were awesome! The newly renovated dining is beautiful! Our Room was always clean and cool. Every other day we would receive a chocolate treats! Resort is very environmental conscious. Glass bottles of water in the room. Straws only on request. The grounds are kept up so great! Food at all the restaurants were amazing and took care of your dietary needs. Bartenders at the pools work so very hard and always smiling! Can't wait to go back! We were in building 5. It was quite a walk to the restaurants, but close to the pools and ocean. The wildlife is so cool on the property.

    Beautiful vacation once again

    It was my nineth visit to the VIM. Once again they met all my expectations. The staff is very dedicated to give us satisfaction. Special mention to the PR representative Dora , she’s a real sunshine walking around the resort. Also at Don Miguel, Alan, Martha and Karine are doing a great job. I would recommended that place to a friend.

    Szychulski wedding

    We first visited Valentin in 2023, fell in love with the resort and decided it would be the perfect spot for our wedding. We brought about 40 of our family/friends with ages ranging from 21-75 and I can confidently say everyone enjoyed their stay. Throughout our 10 day stay all of the staff that we interacted with was wonderful. Every aspect of our trip was amazing. The food no matter where you were eating was delicious. We love the ambiance of this resort and can not wait to return back for our first anniversary/honeymoon. If you’re thinking about a destination wedding this is the spot to do it! Working with Fernanda was great, she did everything she could to make sure our wedding day was so special. Some of the other staff members we felt stood out include, Dora, Angel, Jose, Alfonso, Sonja, Felipe, Geronimo, Uriel, Hugo & Martin. There was not one staff member that we came in contact with that was not pleasant/helpful.

    Best vacation ever!!

    My daughter and I vacationed here for her senior trip and had the best time!! The resort is absolutely beautiful and the restaurants are five star! The staff are so kind and accommodating🩷 I don’t want to vacation anywhere else!

    Relaxing resort to visit and also a great place to have fun

    From the moment we arrived, it was outstanding. The staff work hard to make our vacation amazing and we go back again and again. Each staff memeber make it what it is. Joselo, Edgar, Yolanda, Juan Luis , Miguel , Martine, Luis, Jose , Roasario Mildred Fransico,Yair, Ignocio Fernando,Alan, Enrique,Ricardo , Meriela , Gustavo, Abner Marco and Erandi, Kenya ,Osbar, just a few of many who make and still make our stays amazing. The French , Italian, MarYTerra, LeMarche , La Hacienda and Ginger are can't miss restaurants! From appitizer through Dessert is the best. The Chefs are the best!~! The rooms are beautiful and large! Views from each one depending on what you want. The beach , love it! Our favorite place. There is so much to say about this resort but the best is that it is a Be Back resort. Everytime we leave , we will be back!
