Once again, this resort has impressed us as this is my 10th stay and my husbands 8th. This time we travelled with our son and his wife. As usual we were treated royally by all the staff we encountered and we always look for our favourites. Edgar, Angel, Yolanda, Bernardino, Vianny, Armando, Neomi, Jose Luis, Albino, Oscar, Mildre, Miguel, Esther Lorenzo and so many others that make our trip so special. The staff are why we return every year. My son and his wife are vegan and Neomi and Jesus at La Marche ( we loved the renovations) orchestrated some fantasic vegan dishes all week. Neomi is such an amazing person with her knowledge service and attention to their needs. I cannot express enough our satisfaction. She is truly an asset to the VIM. The food continues to be wonderful and service immpecable. But we must note that staff seem over run at times, and as all restuarants at prime time, service gets slower . Anejo Tequila was plentiful and beer was nice and cold. Snacks and food always available. You want for nothing here at the VIM and we were so spoiled all week. Now we are dreaming of another return and our son and his wife have the travel bug LOL This was their first all inclusive vacation . We would definitely return again and being so familiar with everything it feels like home now.

Paradise Resort
This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. The employees are so friendly and kind. The food was delicious. The Go Team at the pool was so much fun. You can't go wrong with this resort. The foam party at the pool was great!

There aren’t words….
….adequate enough for this resort. Our Emerald Suite was amazing. The view of the ocean from the huge whirlpool tub was a beautiful sight to see. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The grounds are again beautiful. Hint: Go for the Prive’ package. Having the beds at the pool or beach is such a treat and worth every Penny. The level of service you get is top notch. I couldn’t imagine any place in Cancun as nice as VIM is

Love Valentin
We had an excellent stay at Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. No complaints whatsoever. All of the staff and services were amazing from arrival to departure. I wish I could mention them all but a few that left an impression were: Javier - Cart driver who delivered our bags to our room and explained everything in detail. Virginia and Alberto - provided great drink service at the beach. Luis - Who was in training did a fantastic job with check in. Wilberth and Juan at the Martini Bar were also exceptional. We loved chatting with them and the martini's were top notch. The Go Team kept us entertained at the pool. We hope to return someday soon for a repeat visit.

Happy place
10th trip and glad I decided to return. They are building some new buildings so there was a little noise but not too bad. Everything was great and a special shout out to the staff Armando at La Marche was so friendly and delightful, Daniel the concierge in Building 2 was always so helpful, Luis at the pool bar was great, Abigail is just plain amazing, Luis at Tierre y Mar was new to us and hope he is with the resort a long time, Amanda at Partagas was so much fun, last but the most important was Yair at the French restaurant is our favorite I'm sure there are so many others that I haven't mentioned. The only complaint I have is the Italian restaurant does not have any white sauce. I have never heard of an Italian restaurant that doesn't have anything but red sauce. We had a very bad experience last year and I am so glad we gave this resort another chance
