    Good family resort

    Went on a family vacation with myself (73), my daughter (34) and my 3 year old grandson. Beautiful location. Resort facilities and rooms were clean and well kept. Pools fantastic. Staff was perfect- friendly helpful and could not do enough for you to make your vacation perfect. Only problem was with the food. In ViP lounge the offerings were not what they should have been. If it is called VIP it should be top shelf in the food. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch buffet was good and hot dogs and hamburgers by the pool were very good. Problem was with dinners. It was not above average at all and we tried all the restaurants more than once. Kind of Golden Corral level for dinners. Not what you expect from a Hyatt. Last comment - we rented cabanas every day. Waiter service was sketchy - ended up going to the bar ourselves most of the time despite being sold as having your own waiter. Worth to rental to be out of the sun but not for any pampering. Have been to several all inclusive resorts This one is very good and I would definitely return but with low culinary expectations

    Maria and Esperanza were amazing therapists! My Girlfriend and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The massages were honestly the best we’ve had!

    Best time ever!

    I really enjoyed all of the staff at the resort. I became friends with Ricardo, Patricio, Victor and Rimiro. We're all Facebook friends now. 😂 I can't say enough about the team they have there.

    Impresionante

    Fabián and Elvia were a dynamic duo. Very offering and attentive. Giving my mother a cake even when she didn’t feel like having one. Surprised my mom and it was excellent. These two are a awesome duo.

    Family friendly resort

    The location is good, the quality of the food is average, and the staff are friendly, except for the front desk staff. I recommend that families go for couples; it might be a little boring.
