  Had high expectations

  The best part was the water park. Everything else did not meet our expectations. When we arrived and after check in we quickly were greeted by a member of the prestige team who represented himself as our concierge. I was distracted with our 2.5 year old so didn’t realize he was setting us up to participate in a sales presentation. It was all under the guise of taking care of us and getting us access into the pajama jam the next day which was a must do for us so that little one can see his favorite characters. When we got to our room (Flat swim up suite), the room was decent though the baby gate to the pool was broken and hard to open. The room had a heavy moldy smell to it. We contacted our travel agent who connected with the resort. They did address immediately by switching our room. That room smelled moldy too but less than the first. They only had 3 restaurants open our first night (no buffet) and all required reservations. They were booked. We were able to get into wokwok at about 9pm as a walk in. The food was ok. The chopsticks at our table weee full of mold. We were only able to eat at wokwok and the buffet. Would have loved to try the burger spot and the space themed restaurant. Twice at the buffet after we got seated it was hard to get utensils and beverages. I walked up to an employee who was folding utensils for utensils and she told me she’d bring them over in a minute. She never showed up. We weren’t attended to at all at the buffet without flagging someone down. The Pajama Jam was fun and little one enjoyed it. It was worth paying extra for and having sat in a 1.5 hour sales presentation to get the cost discounted. Room service food was mostly salty. We only stayed 2 nights at Nickelodeon before moving on to the next resort so we did with what we had and made the most out of it. I didn’t love having to manage reservations for restaurants and the activities for the day on two separate places. Activities are on the app while restaurant reservations were on a link in browser. As someone who appreciates luxury, ease of access and choice, and quality service, I wouldn’t return here for more than 2 days.

  The best family experience!!

  I loved everything about the hotel. I've been there about four times and I'm always delighted with the service, the staff, the cleanliness, the shows, and the hotel in general. So much so that on this visit, I joined their prestigious club!!

  Overrated for the money we pay

  The rooms was very bad, everything was rusty carpet with hair and dirty we ask for better room they change us to new room with pool include that was nice but room still rusty and dirty carpet and walls. Service was inconsistent we ask for something and they forgot we have to call again and take so long .the pool for kid was nice .

  Never be anxious about the vacation from reading the negative reviews!

  I LOVED this hotel ! I was so anxious after reading the reviews I was about to cancel the vacation and I am glad I didn’t. We came here with my husband and 7 month old baby. It was perfect, we didn’t want to leave. We stayed at the room with a swim up (best swim up room). I emailed the hotel prior to our arrival to request a room closer to the beach and they made it happen. They also brought bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, baby monitor and crib for my daughter right away. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The AC worked well and that’s something that’s really important to me. The beach was nice, very big, lots of beach chairs. The ocean was rough so we didn’t swim. However, it was still nice to have fresh ocean air. The food was good. The buffet was terrible, on that I agree with other people. However, I loved a la carte restaurants, especially wok wok and spacewalker. The sushi at wok wok were 10/10! The hotel is amazing for the kids, they’d have so much fun. The water park is huge, lazy river is nice. I’d return again when my daughter is older. It was amazing !

  Nickelodeon Punta Cana!

  We stayed here for 3 days and we absolutely loved it!!! Everything was amazing but my 5 yr old loved the Jellyfish playground! Isabel was a favorite and truly a sweetheart. She made our time here amazing! She is very good with kids and very easy to talk to. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!
