The resort was amazing!! The staff were absolutely incredible, so kind and helpful (especially Amanda, who reffed our volleyball games and hosted karaoke). Our butler Michelle was an absolute gem! The rooms were so nice and clean and the atmosphere was SO welcoming. Absolutely hope to return in the future!

Pre-wedding visit went very well!
My daughter is getting married a year from now at this hotel so there were 8 adults that went for a trial run. I was very impressed from the moment we arrived. The food was great; the activities were great, and the amenities were great! We mostly hung out at the family pool each day because the animation team were so fun. Oliver was exceptional playing music at the pool and Zumba and overall fun! Eduardo's Water Aerobics was great too! The Tiki bar at the adult beach was a great vibe. I was, however, denied a bottle of water at that bar even though they were taking bottles of water to people on the beach. I like to be able to have a bottle of water with electrolytes at all times. Not to worry, I just took my own bottle once I was aware. We met a lot of nice people. Customer service at its best! Activities a plenty! We can't wait for our next trip with more family and friends! May the fourth be with you!

Karaoke is the best at Legends bar at Majestic Elegance!!!
Jacqueline and the karaoke team at Legends were AMAZING!!!! Shout out to Julian who helped our company with this special karaoke request!!! The selection of songs was excellent and the show awesome!!! We had a BLAST and highly recommend this activity at Majestic Elegance!!!

Pre-Wedding Trip
Just returned from our trip to Majestic Costa Mujeres and this trip was nothing short from PERFECT!! We came to prepare for our wedding next year at the resort and to put my type A mind at ease (and it very much so is after this trip) Oliver made our time at the pool so enjoyable and truly made our trip memorable. He remembered our group and always made sure to come and say hello to us when he saw us. From his majestic dance moves, energizing in pool Zumba class, and his just overall amazing energy he absolutely took our trip from a 10/10 to a 15/10. OLIVER YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING! We can’t wait to see you next year 😉 Additionally our group loved the guacamole making class 🥑 hosted by Eduardo and Joy on the pool deck. It was so fun to make and the perfect mid day pool side snack! Can’t wait to be back next year for our WEDDING!! 🤩🤩🤩

Majestic - Cocktails
Majestic Elegance - Costa Mujeres: Amazing resort. Everyone is so very nice. Cocktails class: Eduardo & Carlos were fantastic! Beautiful hotel & fun mixology activity. Great class - it was like a party in our mouth! 😂 Highly recommend! Definitely book a trip.
