Boring resort! Absolutely nothing to do, Resort goes to sleep at 9pm. Guadalupe at Mc Jestic is the main guy there and is very cool.

It was our third time visiting Costa Mujeres in last two years and definitely the best experience. We have been many times in Mexico exploring different locations however Costa Mujeres is our favourite beach destination. Although all the resorts we've stayed at were great, Majestic Elegance is our favourite. Its a beautiful place, very well kept, clean, nice spacious rooms, pools, restaurants, Spa ...etc. Food was very good at every restaurant. We had a chance to eat at a different one every night on our 7 nights, 8 days stay - Steakhouse being our favourite, followed by Mar House - serving delicious lobster dinner. My compliments & thanks go to all the staff that made our stay very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place. Hope to come back soon.

Mcjestic chef guadalupe has been a fantastic host and is a great chef. He has made several food accomodations due to a food allergy. We made several stops here during out visit and we were not dissapointed.

Butler service - Amando is a superstar
I wanted to share a massive thank you to Amando, who made our entire trip so very special. Amando is so kind and professional and went out of his way every single day to make sure we felt spoiled and taken care of. Amando was always available, and responded to our questions within minutes. Amando would come and find out family during the day to say Hi and check in on us. I have no words but to say thank you for the care Amando provided to our family.

Exceptional staff an amazing team members!
This is our fifth stay at this resort and we continue to love it due to the staff had a few hiccups with management. I’ll start off by talking about the exceptional service Angel at the adult pool was amazing. He went above and beyond he by far made our entire trip. He is the reason I will continue to go to this resort. I could not of asked for more out of him. Tomas was our waiter at the Italian and Mexican restaurant he went above and beyond exceptional service knew every time he waited on us. Eduardo with the entertainment team was always very warm and inviting checked on us every day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Moses greeted us every morning at the beach with a smile and fresh towels never had to ask for anything he was always watching for us and ready to go. Alexander Our butler was incredible attentive was always quick to respond to emails truly outstanding. The only hiccup is we’ve paid for a swim out pool several times and every time we get the shade side, we requested with management the sunny side, which has several rooms and never have they been able to comply. We even told them we were planning to book for next year four rooms and request requested one to be on the sunny side and we were told no they could not guarantee that. So I’m not real happy about that. I’m not asking for discount. I’m only asking our rooms to be on the sunny side and was told no.
