Amazing, quick service! Chef Guadalupe Abdi Freddy in Mc jestic The food was absolutely perfect! The pizza was extremely cheesy and delicious! Cheeseburger was cooked to my liking! I defintely would return to this place! 10/10 food!! Love burgers

Oct 03, 2025Wonderful Family Stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres
We stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres from Sept 19–26, 2025, and had an incredible week! The resort was spotless, beautifully designed, and easy to navigate with plenty of restaurants and amenities. Highlights of Our Stay: • Pool & Bar: Most of our days were spent at the Glee Family Pool Bar—Johnson was an outstanding bartender who made the best cocktails and mocktails, and his friendly energy made our pool days extra fun. • Swim-Up Room: Perfect for traveling with an infant/toddler. The private pool was great for our son, though the tiles do get slippery when wet—something to keep in mind with little ones. • Dining: Service was excellent across all restaurants. Amalio at Il Bassitro gave fantastic recommendations, and Angel at the Steakhouse was especially kind, taking the time to make our overtired toddler smile while still providing amazing service. • Kids Club: Staff (Star, Alondra, and Diana) were so sweet and always remembered our son and our friends’ daughter. The space was very clean with toys for all ages, and the daily activity schedule looked great even though our little one was still a bit young to participate. • Activities: I enjoyed a bracelet-making class with Daniela, who was such a delight and made the activity even more fun. • Guest Services: A very special thank you to Itscally, who went above and beyond all week. She greeted our son by name, showed so much kindness, and even arranged a surprise birthday decoration in our room. Between the friendly staff, great food and drinks, beautiful pools, and family-friendly atmosphere, this resort exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to friends and look forward to visiting again!

A dream week at Majestic
It was an amazing week at Majestic Elegance. Pao is a good entertainer with so much energy and kindness. We ate at Japanese restaurant and Bogart our waiter and Alvaron our cook were fun and good entertainers too. Aaron our butler and Graziela our maid took very good care of our room and ourselves!
