Jun 03, 2025Majestic Elegance vacation review
Overall experience wasn’t bad. Not horrible, not great. The food was below average for other all inclusive’s I’ve stayed at in the Cancun area, same with the service. Bottom line, if those two areas are important to your vacation, there are better options out there. I think where Majestic really thrives is in their entertainment department. The daily activities, the nightly events, there is always something happening for every age range here. The entertainment/athletic team was fantastic, especially Andrew. Volleyball and soccer games multiple times a day, always with the best attitude and super friendly. Tons of other activities throughout the day as well. These guys work hard and were definitely my favorite part of the trip!

We had alot of issues at this resort ,first our room was moldy and it took our travel agent to talk to them to give us another room, we had to sit in the moldy room for 3 hrs until they finally decided the hotel was not fully booked ,there is barely any nightly entertainment, weddings all the time and loud until late into the night, customer service not great except, Eduardo and Azul they were great and a great asset to the hotel..Rooms are not very clean, they advertise kids Waterpark they did not have one... pool entertainment and music not great at all.We were bored at this resort,we need vac from this vacation. Also their buffets are terrible.Italian and steak house were very good..Watered down drinks, do not expect to get any real alcohol in them,margaritas were basically a lemonade..Furniture in rooms nicked and not properly cleaned, chairs in piano room you can see the dirt on armrests from people sitting there. Also at the pool they took our towels and personal stuff while we were still in the pool and 2 hrs before pool was closing...We are sticking with RIUs from now on!!!

This was a wonderful experience! Andrew, Jaime, Kaita and Oliver were all wonderful and super helpful. Our butler, Val, was a delight! We experienced so much here from the exceptional dinner at Mar house and 24/7 room service! The rooms were beautiful and clean.

Excellent Vacation Experience
The resort rooms are awesome, very comfortable and accommodating .Activities are fun exciting and entertaining the workers are great . The staff are excellent very helpful with everything..I love this Luxury Resort , I would definitely recommend ❤️

The Best Ever
The views are absolutely amazing! The food is the best ever!! 👌 Everyone is sooo friendly and helpful. Andrew, one of the activities directors, was awesome! Im still sore from the workout 😩. This place makes me wonder if I've ever truly taken a real vacation before now and I travel outside the country at least twice a year, lol.
