  Loved Our Stay

  We arrived by catamaran as the only couple on board and were greeted in true “White Lotus style” by the staff at the dock. It was such a memorable and elegant welcome. We came during the rainy season, but the weather never interfered with our enjoyment. We always found a spot to relax by the pool or on the ocean dock. The resort offers daily activities, but you have to make reservations a day or two in advance. We missed out on some that I really wanted to do because we did not ask our butler in enough time. Also please you should know that bicycles available at the resort are standard and not electric. Electric bikes are only provided with the guided tour, which books quickly. Dining was excellent overall. Each restaurant requires reservations, but the quality and service made it worthwhile. The fire show was so fun, and the DJ violin performance was my favorite entertainment. The rooftop pool and bar with swings created a special and unforgettable setting. Each and every staff member we encountered was so kind and attentive. The spa was a true highlight, with outstanding treatments and staff, although some amenities in the men’s area were not working and parts of the hydrotherapy circuit were out of service. The only other disappointment was the food at Sake, which was pretty terrible. We would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

  Babymoon Trip in September

  Stayed for our babymoon in September of 2025 and we loved it! Beautiful property & location with great amenities and staff. Very relaxing and nice to have both adults only & all-inclusive. Our butlers Angel and David were wonderful too! They were very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable & ensure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!

  Felt very pampered with our 2 butlers.

  The Good - This resort is beautiful. The setting the rooms and service are top notch, but what stands out is the exemplary service we received from our butlers Angel and David. From the time we arrived to the time we left they did not miss a beat and were at our fingertips whenever we needed to know anything. They are the perfect tag team and we felt pampered throughout our stay. Thank you guys :). I'd also like to mention Louis and the young lady at Cacao. They were outstanding, always pleasant, patient and very kind. The Average - The restaurant service was good, but the food can be better. We enjoyed Sake, Wildfire and Spezia. The bad - there was a young gentleman who served us at Wildfire and La Vista who's shirt was never clean. Also the glasses and cutlery at La Vista were not cleaned properly. Other than the issues with the restaurant, we would return simply on the elevated experience received from our butlers. Thank you again David and Angel.

  From the moment I arrived, Impressions Isla Mujeres set a standard few resorts can hope to match. The views alone would be a reason to book—but everything else worked together to make the experience unforgettable. A Visual and Spatial Symphony Everywhere I looked, it felt like I was sitting at the rim of the sea, the horizon blending sky and water with nothing to interrupt it. Whether at the pier, the beach, or one of the pools, there was always space available—never the pressure of having to “claim” a good spot early in the morning. The design leans into the natural setting, and the atmosphere constantly drew my eyes outward toward the water. At night, the resort transformed with soft lighting, reflections across the water, and artful details that made it feel intimate and romantic without ever being overdone. Service That Redefines Hospitality The service here is unlike anywhere else I’ve stayed. Ritik, my butler, didn’t just handle logistics—he anticipated my needs before I even voiced them. Pablo, who oversees entertainment, surprised us with a private dinner and even created a mocktail named after my girlfriend, tailored around her health needs. Mourad, the GM, treated us like family and personally checked in multiple times to ensure our stay was perfect. What impressed me most was the consistency. Every interaction was gracious, personal, and never forced. The team made us feel genuinely cared for in a way that very few resorts manage. Culinary Excellence The food was another highlight. It rivaled any high-end restaurant I’ve been to, both in presentation and in flavor. Every dish felt thoughtful, never like filler, and the ingredients were clearly fresh and carefully chosen. The private dinner was unforgettable—beautifully set up, perfectly paced, and completely personalized. I still catch myself thinking about that meal. Perfect for Relaxation and Romance This is the kind of resort where you can truly slow down. There were always quiet corners to retreat to—whether on the pier, at the beach, or on a ledge by the pool. It never felt crowded or hectic, just calm and restorative. For a romantic getaway, it struck the perfect balance between privacy and luxury. A Word of Caution The only part of my trip I wouldn’t recommend was the third-party dive shop the resort uses. It was a very basic “cattle boat” style dive, which didn’t match the high standard of the resort. For anyone planning to dive, I strongly suggest finding a local shop that offers a more personalized experience. Final Word Impressions Isla Mujeres didn’t just meet expectations—it set an entirely new bar. From the views to the food to the service, everything was handled with care and excellence. If you’re looking for the ultimate setting for relaxation, romance, and a truly elevated experience, this is the place.

  A magical stay — exceptional service, heartfelt care, and memories to last a lifetime

  I’ve stayed at many resorts in the Cancun/Isla Mujeres area, and Impression Isla Mujeres is truly one of the best. The attention to detail is unmatched, from the spotless rooms with breathtaking ocean views to the daily activities, the incredible spa, and the consistently delicious food. The service is what makes this resort exceptional. A huge thank you to Mr. Essafi, the GM, whose kindness and leadership set the tone for the entire property. Our butler, Ritik Chadhari was outstanding, always anticipating our needs. The entertainment team—April, Carla, Franco, Abraham, and Pablo—brought so much joy and made my celebration unforgettable. At the spa, Alicia and Ivone gave us excellent treatments, and Luis Fernando made our wine cellar dinner a night to remember. This resort strikes the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and genuine hospitality. For anyone considering the Cancun area, I highly recommend Impression Isla Mujeres, as it’s an unforgettable experience.
