Not the best
Cons: Rooms and resort are quite outdated and require renovations. There is only one buffet which is extremely small compared to other resorts that I have been to with limited variety of food options, but the food that was there was decent. The specialty restaurants have better food. When we checked in, Jermain at concierge scammed us into sitting through a 2 hour promotional presentation. He told us that the resort is celebrating its 16th anniversary is giving away gifts such as a couples massage, one day use of a cabana, etc., and that we can redeem our gift early the next morning. We woke up early the next morning only to find out that we could only get the gift if we sit through a 2 hour presentation. We tried to say no and that we do not want the gift, but they guilt tripped us into sitting through the presentation anyways saying that Jermain is working based on commission and that he would lose money if we don't just do it. We were extremely disappointed that we wasted so much of our time for something that was lied to us about. Pros: Service was good over all (except for Jermain). Pools were nice. Rooms were clean but outdated. Jevon in the Italian restaurant was Amazing and deserves a raise!! Would I come back to this resort or recommend it to anyone? Definitely not, unless they do major renovations and have a larger buffet.

Still at Zilara with my man. Been having a good time. Want to give shout out to ANGELETA! She’s been our server at bar and beach and done an excellent job!!!!!👍🏾. Zilara is lucky to have her as part of the team!

Celebrated my 25th anniversary
My husband and I along with three other couples stayed in the swim out rooms n the Hyatt Zilara the adult only side. Resort definitely could use some upgrades and the food was not that great. We made the best of it. They will switch alcohol on you when they run out, so be mindful of that. Make your dinner reservations early because the late reservations they will tell you they ran out of food and drinks. They have no late night food options on the adult side except room service and the options are not good. The resort has potential but the need a major overhaul.

Average Hotel
Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall offers the convenience of being close to the airport and boasts a lively nightlife scene, a well-equipped gym, and engaging poolside activities. The rooms feature pleasant balconies, and standout service was provided by Sharlene at the Jerk Hut and Loraine at the spa. However, the resort falls short in several key areas. There is little enforcement of adult-only policies at Zilara, and the frequent smell of marijuana takes away from the atmosphere. The food is average at the restaurants which left us consistently saying to ourselves that we wished we just went to the buffet which is saying a lot. The rooms are also dated. Housekeeping was inconsistent—on two occasions, the room wasn’t cleaned, and even when it was, the service seemed minimal, leading to repeated calls to the front desk for towels. Additionally, the restaurant reservation system was frustrating, as we were turned away at the Italian restaurant despite the dining area being mostly empty. The air conditioning system is also problematic, with an auto setting that cannot be adjusted, often resulting in discomfort. Overall, I would not return to this location or recommend it to others.

Sucks dealing with Zilara so called Concierge desk
The worst Concierge Desk at Hyatt Zilara Adult side ever. Let’s start w the Discover card snafu on Hotels part. I ordered Door Decor w ballon’s for my daughter’s bachelorette party. Took 4 days to get it done over the phone and emails Tanese Lawrence promised to take a picture of the completed project when completed. Never happened. They botched the decor order and when I tried to correct it , they went ahead anyway. I complained to manager Kerian Davis told her white only ballon’s and could they make a correction. She insisted they refund my money but I didn’t request a refund just a correction. Nope she refunded my money and had the door decor removed frm my daughter’s room. So unprofessional rude and Petty. Kerian Davis does not have the common sense for a management position imo. Staff is short handed and I’m sure could have been more productive doing anything more important. Rated F for failure
