Everyone at this hotel are super friendly! You can tell it comes natural and never rehearsed. We’re from The Bahamas so meeting persons as nice as us was top tier for our vacay. Very clean and love the modern decor. Food and drinks were amazing. 100/10

Best Experience in Cancun
This is my third time in Cancun, and I must say—this has been the best resort experience so far! The drinks were amazing, and the food options were absolutely impeccable—so fresh and flavorful. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. I came for my birthday, and they truly made me feel celebrated and special. The ceviche? Absolutely delicious—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was just perfect. Can’t wait to return! As a solo Traveller, felt really safe. Security protocols were a 100/10.

Hands down the fluffiest, most flavorful omelette I've ever had! Guadalupe's genuine warmth and hospitality at Hyatt Vivid's breakfast made me feel like I was dining with a friend. The way he crafts each dish with love and care is truly impressive. From the perfectly folded edges to the generous fillings, every bite is a delight. Can't recommend enough! If you're looking for a standout breakfast experience, Guadalupe's omelette is a must-try. I promise you won't be disappointed. The attention to detail, the passion for his craft, and the warm smile all come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Best Vacation Ever
One of the best resorts and hotels I’ve been too thus far. All adults and no children. Will definitely be back. A place to unwind, no children, friendly staff, great and I mean great food. Room and view was spectacular. Conceirge and room service A 1. All in all best experience and beautiful Adult only resort.

Truly one of the best resort experiences! Everything from the food (it was amazing!) to the staff (even more amazing!) was top tier! Special shout out to Orlando, Joanna, Gama and Caesar who went out of their way to make the experience an incredible one!! They remembered us by name and became like true friends. Will definitely be visiting again.
