Podrían mejorar la calidad de almohadas en general, muy agradable todo El lugar fue increíble más que nada de la habitación que está frente al mar, la vista y la atención en general del Hotel. Excelente en todo su personal muy limpio muy servicial, todo especialmente Viviana, la Concierge que nos atendió a todas nuestras necesidades, un lugar que vale la pena Asistir lo recomiendo mucho

This is the place to go
Go here. Don't look at other spots, this is it. Fantastic in every way. We had some very well traveled people in our group and they echo my opinion. Food is wonderful. Staff is excellent and service is great. The beach is a post card. Find Dario on the beach he is the best server and so much fun to interact with. Preferred club recommended. The restaurant on the beach is worth it alone. Only negative I can speak to is the pillows suck. You will have a fantastic time here, we will be back. Shout out to Julio and Roger as well, the staff is great.

Best Resort I have every been to.
My wife and I went to this resort to celebrate my 40th. I highly recommend this location, the food is amazing, the people/staff was spectacular. The only thing that could be improved in the cocktails could be hand made, especially at the main bar. I don't care for the pre-made cocktail mixes.

Our trip to Secrets Maroma Beach Marty&Suzie
The trip began with 3h transfer from the airport and was only issue we had that could be improved. On the way back we took a taxi arranged by Alfonso to avoid a repeat 3hr transfer. Alfonso our concierge went above and beyond to make our trip personalized and amazing. Truly a big thank you to Alfonso who is a big asset to the resort. At the Spa Juliana was amazing and at the beach Marvin big thank you for making our days beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend this resort and truly top notch from an experienced traveller.

Perfect stay in paradise
My partner and I visited in March of 2025 and were pleasantly surprised given this was our first all inclusive resort. We read a couple of negative reviews but gave it a shot and couldn’t be any happier that we decided to stay here! From the second you arrive, the staff is over the top accommodating! Every single employee here goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and having a great time! We upgraded to a junior swim out (not preferred) and it was amazing. So nice to be able to take a dip early in the morning or later in the afternoon. The water is a little bit chilly but not unbearable. Room itself was spacious and well appointed with nice details including a jet tub. Everything was impeccably clean and the mini bar was always stocked! Our concierge, Antonio, in building 22 was super helpful and arranged cabana reservations and always kept us in the loop on daily activities. Pools and beach were awesome. Definitely rent a a cabana at each! Can’t beat the price compared to other resorts we’ve been to! Waiters and concierges for the cabanas are always on top of things! There was quite a bit of sargassum on the beach during our stay but they have a dedicated crew constantly cleaning it up so it’s really not that much of an inconvenience. The beach sand is perfectly powdery white and the ocean water was warm! As for the food and drinks - all restaurants and bars here were amazing! We were so nervous as we’re big foodies but every restaurant exceeded our expectations. El Patio, Bordeaux and Himitsu are must tries. Definitely our favorites (dined at Himitsu and Bordeaux twice!). Lobby bar makes a really good Negroni! We didn’t make it to any of the shows but the live musicians in the lobby as well as some of the outdoor performances were fun! The grounds here are beautiful and the staff are always working to keep things meticulously clean and manicured. There was a good mix in age ranges here from mid twenties to mid seventies with the majority in their 50s. Definitely not a spring break vibe but also not sleepy! Perfect mix. My only complaint is the in room tablet is a little bit wonky. Perfect for ordering room service but beyond that, just ask your concierge! Overall, extremely happy we decided to give this resort a try and will definitely be back! Don’t even think twice about it - book it!
