    The rooms were amazing as always , the people , memo, jesus, Karen really made our stay extra special and of course Jamie and Martha, we had an amazing experience from start to finish , we are all ready looking forward to coming back to visit, adios

    Go experience this place!!

    This place was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely come back. It's closing down from April-December 2025, so am curious what they are all going to renovate. I did hear they will be adding a rooftop pool which sounds fun! We were curious how we would like it, after reading other peoples' reviews, but after going, we would definitely recommend!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We didn't have a bad meal the whole trip. We did the couples massage and they added hydrotherapy to it. Love that it is connected with Dreams (kids allowed there) so we could go at any point and eat/drink/swim there.

    5 star service!

    A 2 week get away from the cold for my wife and I was highlighted by the great service we received from the Hotel personnel ! Seriously the service was 5 star . Cudos to the staff with with a shoutout to Francisco our waiter at Himitzu, Jaime the pool concierge, and Santiago at the Oceana restaurant. It's location by the beach, the hotel complex layout and proximity to the golf course make a great destination . The hotel itself is showing some serious signs of aging but I understand it's about to undergo an 8 month restoration April thru December 2025 which will make it a great choice for 2026

    Good, but Dreams resort next door was much better

    The things that were amazing: Beach, water volleyball, dinner at the Italian, French Restaurants, access to Dreams resort next door. Dinner and service at the dreams resort next door were amazing. Things that could be better. Service, stock fridge in rooms daily, have happy employees at the pool bar.

    A good experience for a few days

    Overall, the resort is really good. A few of the restaurants leave a lot to be desired. Always check the app as restaurants are not open everyday, as we found out. Our stay included Valentine's Day and the resort had special buffets planned for the evening.
