  Best Secrets Resort In Mexico

  Just returned from a 11 day couples vacation to this superbly managed and staffed Resort. This was our 5 consecutive trip here and the following reasons are why we keep coming back. The location is conveniently located only 1/2 hour from Cancun International. The beach is one of the best in Rivera Maya area. However, the main reason I give it a 5 star is the staff from front to back end. Treated like royalty from moment of arrival. Since we are preferred club members, check in speedy and efficient in preferred section of resort. Slight problem with rom assignment was quickly resolved. Preferred club membership allows access to the restaurant on the beach and lounge. The restaurant is well maintained and managed by Julio and Gloria with excellent wait staff well. We enjo eating just steps from the beach. Speaking of beach; it’s also well managed by Bramdon. He constantly running around to help all of the guests at pool and beach. We want to acknowledge the efforts of entertainment team including Mauricio, Leo and Shebastion (sic). They made sure that all guests knew about pool&beach volleyball. On to A La Carte restaurant. While We enjoyed all of them, our favorite was Wl patio (Mexican), mainly due to its Manager Veronica. She was incredible with service and efficiency. We have known from prior trips and knew our favorite dishes & dessert (such as Crème Brûlée). What an awesome person. All restaurants were well maintained and managed. Speaking of food, Diego (food & beverage manager) was superb in keeping all restaurants in tip top shape with best possible dishes to please the pickiest eaters. The pastry manager Gio prepared mouth watering desserts that would be the envy of any major restaurant anywhere! lol of the restaurant staff in entire resort work non stop 10-12 hours a day. Always with a pleasant demeanor. It’s the staff that sets this resort apart from others in the area. We are looking forward to returning next January for our 6th visit. Please note that reset is making some minor revisions to preferred section and hopefully it will be even a better experience next year. I final Shoutout to our concierge Roberto(bld 25) he made sure we had the best possible experience during our 12 day stay. Also, Preferred concierge Berenice & Zayda did an incredible job as well keeping us informed of activities when Roberto wasn’t available. Thank you UVC concierge

  Secrets Riviera Maya Review Our experience at Secrets Riviera Maya was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food options were outstanding—everything we tried was delicious. A special highlight was the coconut shrimp at Oceana, which was simply unforgettable! The drink options were just as impressive, with a variety of great choices to enjoy throughout our stay. Our swim-out room was a dream—beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. We made great use of it every morning and evening, and it added so much to our experience. The app was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate the resort and plan our days. The entire property was impeccably clean and elegantly designed, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment team was fantastic, offering so many fun activities. We participated in the bike tour, pool volleyball, kayaking, and water aerobics, which were all so much fun. A huge shout-out to Andre, Nathaly, and Brandon for truly elevating our experience. They were fun, energetic, and made every activity more enjoyable. The water show in the pool was also a unique and memorable highlight of our trip. We loved everything about our time at Secrets Riviera Maya, from start to finish. It was truly an unforgettable trip, and we can’t wait to return!

  Thank you Carolina and Hugo!!

  My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary at Maroma. First time in Mexico, and we were extremely pleased with our choice of resorts! The staff clearly takes pride in keeping the resort in pristine shape, and everyone we met treated us with kindness and respect. A special SHOUT OUT to 2 people: CAROLINA, building 15 concierge, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable (I had a couple requests as I use a cane & walker due to back surgery) and showed genuine concern/compassion in assuring our stay was perfect in every way! HUGO, beach concierge, was one of the most kind, funny, and helpful people we ever met. We looked for him daily (do they EVER get a day off??), and we were always made to feel welcome and special, greeted by name at our favorite beach spot! We received hugs from both these amazing people when we left ❤️

  Excellent resort

  Great place everyone was super helpful Janet and Johnathan took care of our group with great tequilas and the barracuda bar was excellent Edwin was super fun and the rest of the bar staff was great our concierge was helpful and made sure we had what we needed .so many great things on top of the pool and beach.

  Excellent stay at Secrets Maroma

  Excellent overall experience, beautiful beach and well maintained grounds. The staff was attentive, personable and helpful at all locations. We especially enjoyed our concierge and the entertainment staff. The food was generally very good. We look forward to returning at some point in the future.
