  Great Resort for Families!

  Dreams Sapphire is a great place! Make sure to wake up early to ejoy the sunrise! The staff and entertainment crews went above and beyond! Our servers by the pool, Felix and Gabrella were the best!! Thanks for always keeping our drinks full! If you want to rent a Bali bed, go see Isiac, he was so helpful! It was nice not having to get up early to grab chairs for the pool. The chair game is real at this resort. If you want to go on a great excursion go see Antonio (Toni) he is in the towel hut by the pool! He helped us coordinate a private snorkeling tour with 18 people! One of the best things we did while we were there. Catmania was name of the company we used to snorkel with! 10/10 recommend! Waterslides were entertaining for both kids and adults! The beach is OK, not the best but still beautiful. Go check out Barracuda beach bar. It has swings and amazing bartenders! Coco cafe was a great place for a delicious mocha (my favorite) or snack in between meals. Our favorite entertainment in the evening was the Fire Show, Mexican Show and the kids favorite, Silent DJ Party! The Food at this resort was your typical all inclusive. But a few things did stand out. Chef Israel at El Patio was exceptional. He went above and beyond and made us a special meal. Thank you! The food at Bardeaux was amazing. Best restaurant at the resort! Try the pork dish! 10/10 would recommend this resort for families! We traveled with 17 adults and 7 kids ages 12, 11, 10, 9, 3 and 1 year old!

  Relaxing winter getaway.

  There was a few instances of miss communication. If you don’t want or need anything other than to eat good food and be served great drinks pool side then this is definitely the place. Service was awesome! Be aware that tons of kids and infants will be at this resort. Lots of thing for kids to do.

  Review of Dreams Sapphire Resort

  My recent stay at Dreams Sapphire Resort was disappointing, especially compared to my experiences at other Dreams resorts. The resort felt a bit run-down, with noticeable signs of wear that unfortunately impacted the overall atmosphere. The buffet food was subpar, with dinner options often greasy and unappealing. I eventually avoided the buffet altogether. Service was also lacking, as the staff, while always kind, appeared overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the number of guests. Mornings were particularly frustrating, as we were rarely offered water or coffee, prompting me to start bringing coffee from the Coco Café instead. While the staff was trying, they simply couldn’t keep up. The sit down restaurants definitely provided a step up in food quality, so we mostly stuck to those. The pool and beach areas were another source of frustration. There were not enough chairs, space, or shade for the number of guests staying at the resort. Many people would reserve chairs as early as 7 a.m., only to leave them unused for hours. Despite the hotel’s stated policy that unattended chairs could be used by other guests, this rule was not enforced. The resort needs to provide more seating, expand the pool area, or start enforcing their own policies to ensure that guests actually enjoying the pool and beach have access to seating. More concerning was an incident involving a friend’s child, who was seriously injured on the property. The lack of proper attention paid to the situation and to the safety and guest well-being was alarming and added to the overall feeling that the resort was not being properly managed. Instead of offering assistance she was made to feel money was more a priority rather than addressing the emergency situation at hand. All that said, the bright light of this resort was the entertainment staff. Tony, Mar, Richie and Omar, to name a few, went above and beyond to engage with guests and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Their energy and dedication were truly the highlight of the stay. Overall, between the poor food quality at the buffet , overwhelmed service team, lack of seating at the pool and beach, and the resort’s overall state, my experience at Dreams Sapphire did not meet expectations. While the entertainment team was fantastic, I hope the resort addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

  Amazing Honeymoon Trip

  We went to this hotel for our honeymoon and it was incredible! There was plenty of entertainment throughout the daytime and evenings, with staff ensuring we always had a drink. Shout out in particular to Mexican Dave and Joe from the entertainment team who were amazing and such a laugh. The food was incredible with so much choice throughout the day and the evening. The only to be aware of is the a la carte restaurants fill out quickly and often have wait of up to 90 minutes, so it’s worth getting there earlier and putting your name on a wait list. Honestly can’t say a bad word about this place. We were super happy overall and would 100% go back and recommend to anyone

  Winter vacations

  Very good Hotel to spend time with friends, Very good food, staff incredible, lots of events. The rooms were very conformable and with all the needs. All the hotel is well serviced with wi-fi access to internet including the beach. Good drinks and lots of fun.
